For athletes that have registered for the St. Louis camp but would rather attend the Chicago camp, USA Water Polo needs you to take the following steps in order to complete this registration as they can not transfer funds from one event to another:
1) Email Anne Laurence at [email protected] and let her know you wish to change camps.
2) Be sure to include the athlete’s name and USA Water Polo member number in your email.
3) A refund will be issued for the St. Louis camp and then the athlete will need to register for the Chicago camp.

The Perfect Goalie Shooting – Holiday Clinic
with MIZE & Special Guest
|
The Importance of Goalie Strategy – because just Blocking is not Everything!
Many coaches and athletes reduce the job of a goalie just to blocking – but that is far from the reality! Every single action of a goalie – in defense as well as in offense – has to be well thought out. The perfect positioning, appearance and communication are crucial factors to influence a game in the right direction. Avoiding a shot and forcing an opponent to think twice or decide for a weak opportunity are as valuable qualities as being “great on the goal line”. MIZE offers his annual Holiday Goalie Clinic after Christmas to refer exactly to these topics. So don’t miss out to sign up if you want to improve your game!
