Pre-Season Water Polo Coaching Clinic

Speaker: Ashley Hill

Ashley is currently the head boys and girls swim coach at Cathedral Catholic High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Most recently she has been coaching boys water polo at the 12u, 14u, and 16u levels for Stanford Water Polo Club.  For the past 15 years she has been coaching and teaching at Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, CA; where she was the assistant boys water polo coach, Head Girls Basketball coach, and assistant boys and girls varsity swim coach.    Ashley is in her 19th year as a highschool teacher and her 24th year as a coach.  Her passion lies in teaching and coaching young athletes to be leaders both in sports and in life.

Open to all coaches

Topics will include: planning a season/practice, drills, skills and of course x’s and o’s

Where: Stevenson High School, Room 7096

Time: 12:30-5pm

Cost: $30

***proceeds will go toward one of our local masters teams and the Dave Perry College Scholarship Fund

There will be a coaches social to follow, location to be announced.

Illinois Water Polo is also planning an additional coaching clinic the first weekend of March for anyone unable to attend this January clinic.  More details to come.
